Hotel Leger Wedding – Mokelumne Hill, CA

The Hotel Leger is located up in the foothills in Mokelumne Hill, CA. I did not know what to expect upon the first time visiting as I knew that all of the towns up in that region are very small (Population of 100 or less usually). However, this town, though small, was so much fun and colorful. The town had an old western feel but also had modern aspects to it also. After the wedding was over I was talking to one of the bartenders outside who lives in town. She spoke of how much she loves “these parts” as they carry so many stories with them being so old. I agree that if the walls of that hotel could talk, they would have some amazing stories to tell.
