Love Modesto 2012 Promo Video

I had the pleasure of running all over Modesto with Jeff Pishney to capture stories of amazing Love Modesto experiences from the last year. This video was actually filmed last fall but we did not want to put it up until it was time to start ramping up excitement for Love Modesto 2012. It was a packed afternoon of running from location to location to film stories. We spoke with people who served others during Love Modesto and spoke to a few people who were served by Love Modesto attendees. What a fun experience.

The setup I used was similar to what I use when filming a wedding or doing interviews. In this instance I used a Canon 60D with a SmallHD field monitor, a wireless lapel mic, which you can see in one of the shots, and a monopod to stabilize everything. I shot everything with 50mm 1.2 lens. Everything was edited in Premier Pro CS5.5. Sean Ahrens rough cut the sequence and I finished it off with some final tweaks, text, motion and audio.
