They’re High School Sweethearts

Almond Blossom season came quick this year and with the recent rain, they were quickly washed away. I had met with Kirk and Amy a few months prior and we set the plan for this day in motion.

Kirk and Amy started dating in high school; the same high school I graduated from. They wanted to return to Downey High School to capture a few photos together. Kirk played ball for Downey and with permission, we were let on the field to take a couple of photos. They were a lot of fun and I can’t wait to capture their wedding day.

Between dodging bees in the almond orchards and walking the halls of our old high school, it was a fun afternoon. I am excited to share some of my favorites from their session.
